Change Customer Supplied Filters

  • No Charge for changing out Customer supplied Air Filters at the time of service

No Overtime Charges

  • Same rate evenings and weekends *EXCLUDING SUNDAYS (Special Rates Apply for Diagnostics)

Transferability

  • Agreement transfers to new homeowner if your property is sold

Agreement Exclusions

The following items are not included in the maintenance agreement:

  • Duct repairs

  • Electrical repairs outside HVAC equipment

  • Equipment replacement

  • Gas Log Maintenance
